Helena Horstedt is a label that hails from Stockholm, Sweden, and although the palette is entirely black, the carefully crafted clothes capture a great amount of depth and texture. Horstedt's latest collection is entitled "Broken Shadow" and utilizes intricate, layered pleats, and petals out of fabric to create architectural marvels. What i find interesting about Helena Horstedt's work is that it captures the idea of 3-d clothing. Unlike fabulous Pucci prints, the silhouettes and the shape of the garment are what command the attention.
