Outfit: "Camouflage" print

I really need more tops with nice prints. This one always makes me think about the military camouflage print or some abstract leopard spots. Prints make a outfit often more interesting, but I always feel very picky about prints.
I finished the look in my "standard style": white blazer, slouchy boots, chunky ring and B-Bag. I always feel good with these items and they never bore me!
Sorry for my hair, it looks very "wild", but that was mainly because it was so windy!

Polyvore: Barcelona inspiration

Only a few weeks before I will visit Barcelona with my friends, I can't wait and made some polyvore sets to show how I want to look there. When I think of Barcelona I want to look colourful, flirty and festive. This Missoni bikini is on it's way to me, the ultimate summer piece!

Outfit: Leather shorts

Today I finally wore two of my trouble-items: The LV Speedy and my zara brown leather short.
The problem with the speedy was that six years ago almost nobody was wearing a speedy and I thought of it as a nice classic piece, but a few years ago you saw so many girls here in Amsterdam wearing them I almost began to feel uncomfortable with it. I also have trouble with very visible logo's and a outfit has to be very minimal to wear something that shouts a brand so loud. but colour-wise it matches great with the shorts!
The problem with the shorts is that brown often makes very mature and oldfashioned. But I think I solved that problem with my grey blazer, you don't see those colours often together, but I like it.

Outfit: Fluro yellow + Nudes

Today, on a very sunny day, I wear my Fluro bag again and thanks to the sun it's even more bright than it already is. I combined it my favourite way: with nudes. In the future I am thinking about combining it with grey's and black and white. Do you girls have any other suggestions?

Outfit: the Marant-look

To celebrate my new Isabel Marant lurex skirt I wore it in a typical marant look:
slouchy boots + mini skirt + crew-neck-jacket. I love this combination and will repeat it with different clothes!

Outfit: Multicolour

I love it when it is warm, but often I feel like I can't make my outfit "special" with a nice layer (cardigan/blazer/jacket) or scarf. This necklace is a great solution and gives that little extra I needed yesterday. I really liked how the pink and fluro-orange worked together. Nothing better than a sunny day on the beach with the dogs!

Outfit: feels like summer

These days, Amsterdam feels like summer, a good day to show how nice the channels are here. I am wearing a skirt from around 5 years ago, It used to be a balloon skirt, but I ironed it, so now it is a A-line skirt and ready for summer 2011! I also made a better picture to show my new Supertrash sandals.

Outfit: Stella McCartney Blazer

If Isabel Marant is the current queen of the jackets, Stella McCrtnay is the queen of the boyfriend blazers. After I tried one a few months ago I was sold, except for the hefty price. After a long search I found this beauty for only a fraction of the original price and never worn! I love the treasure hunt and this was definetly a succesfull one: I love the fabrick, the fit, the craftmanship and the colour: a mix of beige grey and even a blue-ish undertone. Because of that it matches perfect with my Helmut Lang top (it always makes me think I am wearing a abstract painting, as you can better see in the last picture) and blue Mcqueen scarf wich I both haven't worn for a while.

Outfit: Girl with glasses in Venice

I found a really nice Chanel-like jacket in Verona, which matches great with the "girls in glasses" shirt from Danny Roberts (which shows girls with Chanel jackets and glasses). Behind me on the first picture you can see the San Marco square. Later that day we went to Lido, where the beaches are and where there is more green.

Later I saw my mouth/face on the first picture is the same way as the girl on the shirt, wich is kinda funny, and not even intended, hehe...

Outfit: colour blocking was invented here

The second day in Italy we went to Venice, which was very beautiful! Later that day we went to the Island Burano, which is famous for their colorful houses, they started the colourblocking-trend long long ago! I also was able to make a close-up with my Ray-Ban glasses wich some people requested me about.

Paris Fashion Week AW 2011....After Louis Vuitton

I love everything about this outfit- the accessories (especially the Chanel cuff), the Celine neon yellow python handbag, her yellow sandals and most of all her smile! Oh, and she had the most adorable freckles which I don't think you can see in my photos. But they were there...and so cute!
